Getting around
- Light RailLink: Glen Burnie (Cromwell) is the southern end of the line, with a free park-and-ride. Scheduled trips to Camden Yards take about 23 minutes.[3][4]
- MARC Penn Line from BWI Rail Station: about 19 to 34 minutes to Penn Station and 34 to 50 minutes to Washington Union Station on weekdays.[5]
Before you buy or rent here
- Anne Arundel County charges a 1.0% transfer tax under $1 million (1.5% at $1 million and up) and recordation tax of $7.00 per $1,000.[6]
- Maryland's state transfer tax is 0.5% of the price. When the buyer is a first-time Maryland homebuyer who will live in the home, the state rate drops to 0.25%, paid entirely by the seller.[7]
