Parkville, MD homes for buyers and sellers
Parkville is an unincorporated Baltimore County community just over the city line, between Loch Raven Boulevard and Putty Hill Avenue, and most of its houses went up between 1940 and 1970.
Where Parkville is
Parkville covers about 4.2 square miles. I-695 forms its northern edge from Loch Raven Boulevard to Putty Hill Avenue, the Baltimore City line its southern edge and Loch Raven Boulevard its western edge.[1]

In Parkville houses our crews regularly find old oil tanks (or the paperwork for one that was removed), original electrical panels and clay or cast-iron sewer lines. Ask for the oil tank history and get a sewer scope.
