Where we work
Six areas between Baltimore, Annapolis and Southern Maryland. Here is what we tell buyers, sellers and landlords about each one.
Anne Arundel County
Anne Arundel runs from the Baltimore line down to the South River and has more shoreline than almost anywhere in Maryland. It pulls buyers who work at Fort Meade, BWI and in Annapolis, and people who just want to be near the water.
Annapolis, Severna Park, Arnold, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Odenton, Crofton, Severn, Millersville, Edgewater
About Anne ArundelHoward County
Howard County sits right between Baltimore and Washington, and the public schools are the reason a lot of our buyers start their search here. Inventory is tight, so preparation wins.
Columbia, Ellicott City, Elkridge, Clarksville, Fulton, Marriottsville, Laurel (Howard side), Highland
About HowardMontgomery County
Montgomery County is the most populous county in Maryland and the most expensive part of our area. Metro access, jobs in Bethesda and Rockville, and the Purple Line being built through Silver Spring all shape where people want to be.
Silver Spring, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Bethesda, Wheaton, Olney, Takoma Park, Damascus
About MontgomeryPrince George's County
Prince George's County wraps around the east side of DC and gives buyers more house for the money than anywhere else inside the Beltway area. Metro on three lines and Joint Base Andrews keep demand strong.
Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Laurel, College Park, Hyattsville, Greenbelt, Largo, Clinton, Fort Washington, Brandywine
About Prince George'sCharles County
Charles County is Southern Maryland's main commuter county. Buyers come for newer homes, bigger lots and prices that make sense, and they drive Route 301 or Route 5 to DC, Andrews or Indian Head.
Waldorf, La Plata, White Plains, Indian Head, Bryans Road, Hughesville, St. Charles
About CharlesBaltimore City and County
Baltimore City and Baltimore County are where Stephen's renovation company works every day, so we know the housing stock from the inside: city rowhomes, 1920s colonials in the inner suburbs, and postwar ramblers out the beltway.
Canton, Hampden, Federal Hill, Roland Park, Towson, Catonsville, Parkville, Pikesville, Owings Mills, Perry Hall, Dundalk
